As the company is wont to do, Nintendo just revealed on short notice that it will be hosting a Direct stream tomorrow that will reveal new details about Mario Tennis Aces but will also be "focused on Nintendo 3DS and Switch titles launching this year."
Considering that Mario Tennis Aces' release window was confirmed for spring, it's not unreasonable to expect we'll get an actual release date on the game during this Direct (though this is speculation, not confirmation).
