When you're in prison, you've got nothing but time to plan your escape. When the console versions of Prison Architect came out in June 2016 (on PS4 and Xbox One), they were without the Escape mode. Now, publisher Double Eleven and developer Introversion Software are bringing the mode to console players in 2018.
The mode is paid DLC (no price given), and also offers expanded community mechanics and "new content."

Our Take
We'll have to wait for more details about this DLC before its worth can be judged, because as a missing feature from the PC version it feels like it should be free.
