GI Show – Xenoblade 2, Animal Crossing, Platform Fighter Roundtable

Welcome back to The Game Informer Show! On today's show, Ben Hanson, Kyle Hilliard, Dan Tack, Joe Juba, and Jeff Cork talk about the ongoing process of playing Xenoblade Chronicles 2 on the Nintendo Switch, the technical disaster holding back the new Planet of the Apes game on PS4, and some notable mobile games. After some great community emails, we're joined by Brawlout's Bogdan Iliesiu, Icons: Combat Arena's Jason Rice, Brawlhalla's Matt Woomer, and Rivals of Aether's Dan Fornace to talk about the evolution of the platform fighting game sub-genre and why the games should be seen as more than just a "Super Smash Bros.-Clone".
