Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands was one of last year's best-performing titles for Ubisoft, and much like the strong support other titles like The Division and Rainbow Six: Siege have been receiving over the past couple years, Ubisoft has been supporting the game steadily with fresh content over the past year. With the one-year anniversary of the game having passed nearly a month ago, Ubisoft has laid out a battle plan for year 2 of the open world third-person shooter.
There were will be four major updates spread out over this year with special operations centered around themes with substantial PvE and PvP content alongside new features. The mission unfolds on April 10 starting with the new mode Sabotage, tasking one player with defending two objectives while the other team seeks to destroy them. New maps will accompany Sabotage's introduction as well.
In the coming weeks, a new PvE mission and PvP class will be announced to join the ranks of more recent classes like the Trapper and Guerilla. The developer will also be introducing player customization in PvE missions so you can blend into your environments however you like.
The Year 2 season pass will include all upcoming classes, customization packs, and eight battle crates. In all likelihood, it will cost $39.99 like the previous season pass.

Our Take
Wildlands never struck me like The Division did as an appealing co-op shooter to play with my close group of friends, but with all the support and content this game is receiving, I'm heavily reconsidering my reluctance toward it and am thinking about posing the game as a great, new alternative to the usual Overwatch and Call of Duty: WWII sessions I have with my friends.
