It's that time of year...Gearsmas is here! To celebrate, Gears of War 4 is going out with it, making it its biggest event yet. Gearsmas delivers over 30 pieces of festive-themed items to collect, a special playlist featuring the first Gears of War 4 holiday customized weapon, a new snowball fight event, and more..
Gearsmas kicks off today. You can spend 400 credits to get a Gearsmas pack, which includes one bounty and two items from the Gearsmas collection below:
- 3 ‘Ugly Gearsmas Armor’ Characters – JD, Kait and Swarm Drone
- 4x Gingerbread Weapon Skins
- 4x Festive Tree Weapon Skins
- 4x Snowman Weapon Skins
- 4x JD Wrapping Paper Weapon Skins
- 4x Kait Wrapping Paper Weapon Skins
- 4x Swarm Wrapping Paper Weapon Skins
- 1 Commemorative Gearsmas Emblem
The daily rewards system will also be handing out gifts. Today you can get a Chuzzmas Emblem and on December 27 the Ice Boomshot. Also in the mix is a new event called Snowball Fight, which is a variant of TDM, but lets you use a new weapon to fire snowball. Don't worry it still gibs enemies like the Gears we've come to know and love. In addition, Crossplay Versus is back, where Xbox One and PC players can game together with squads of up to five players.
