You'll find him holed up in a building, basked in light that reveals just how odd his face is. Xur is also selling gauntlets for the Titan class, a helmet for Hunters, and gauntlets for the Warlocks out there. The rocket launcher costs 29 Legendary Shards, whereas the class-specific items just cost 23.
