Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite is a fun fighter, as our own Ben Reeves recently found out. One of the issues plaguing it however, is the relatively small roster. Though the characters included in the game's seasons pass don't solve its X-Men problem, they should beef up the roster a bit more, if you're willing to pay for them.
We already knew Sigma and Black Panther would be part of the pass. However, Capcom has announced the four remaining characters: Monster Hunter, Venom, Black Widow, and Winter Soldier. Monster Hunter specifically shows up in the story mode, so her inclusion should come as no surprise. The rest were heavily speculated on due to a recent file leak that included the game's entire case, but at least now, we have confirmation.
Capcom is still working on the character, and plans to show them more thoroughly close to their release.
Our Take
Can't say I'm a big fan of any of the four new characters announced other than Monster Hunter, who I'm eager to try out. Her presence in the season pass, combined with Sigma's, means I have at least a couple of reasons to buy the thing. Curse you, Capcom!
