Today, Microsoft extended its Xbox One backward compatibility program with a few more popular games.
Assassin's Creed Rogue and The King of Fighters 2002 Unlimited Match are now backward compatible on Xbox One. This means that if you own any of these games on Xbox 360, you can now play them on your Xbox One for no additional charge. Assassin's Creed Rogue is especially noteworthy as it launched at the same time as Unity, but never made the jump to our current console generation. Now fans can play it without digging out their dusty Xbox 360.
If you own them on disc, simply insert your disc into your Xbox One's disc tray to begin installation. If you own the games digitally, they should appear in the "Ready to Install" tab on your Xbox One automatically.
