Blizzard has announced a new patch it's currently testing in the Public Test Region (PC only) that introduces a server browser, capture the flag mode, hero changes, and more.
The Server Browser allows you to adjust the settings (cooldown times etc.) on various maps, modes, and heroes and then test them out in public or with friends only.
Elsewhere, Capture the Flag is being tested on 12 maps, Bastion is being tweaked to "move some of [his] power from Configuration: Sentry to Recon...," and other heroes are being tweaked, and the update is also addressing various bugs.

Our Take
Note: Blizzard says that the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game will see many of these changes in a future patch, but the full contents of this update in the PTR are specific to the PC.
