If you're attending Electronic Arts' fan-centric E3 extravaganza, EA Play, be sure you get a good spot for the main attraction. After the EA talent showcases highly anticipated titles like Star Wars Battlefront 2, Madden NFL 18, FIFA 18 during the press conference and fans race to game stations to experience these titles for the first time themselves, EA will kick the party into high gear by welcoming the legendary hip hop icon Nas to the stage later that evening.
The Queens-born rapper has sold more than 25 million records worldwide, recording critically acclaimed albums like Illmatic and It Was Written. His last studio album, 2012's Life Is Good, was nominated for a Best Rap Album Grammy. DJ Green Lantern and Dave East will open for him.
At EA Play, fans can get their hands on the following games:
- Star Wars™ Battlefront™ II
- FIFA 18
- Madden NFL 18
- NBA LIVE 18
- The latest Need for Speed™ experience
- The Sims™ Mobile and The Sims™ 4
- Battlefield™ 1: In The Name of the Tsar
- New content from Star Wars™: Galaxy of Heroes and Titanfall 2
- Madden NFL Mobile
- NBA LIVE Mobile
- EA SPORTS™ FIFA on the Nintendo Switch
The FanFest starts on Saturday, June 10 and runs through Monday afternoon. Head here to learn more about the event.
Our Take
Nas is a legend, but we're still most excited about seeing some new footage of the latest EA titles. Here's to hoping BioWare's latest project, codenamed "Dylan," joins the game on stage, as well.
